2. Open Orders Dropdown Menu
Click the orders menu on the Dashboard to access order-related options.
3. Access Order History Section
Click the "Orders History" option to open the order history page where past orders are listed.
4. Open Search Orders Field
Click the search orders field to begin searching for specific orders within the order history.
5. Fill Search Orders Field
Enter search criteria in the search orders field to refine the list of orders displayed.
6. Open Customer Selection
Click the "Search & Select Customers" option to filter orders by customer.
7. Enter Customer Name Fragment
Type a fragment of the customer's name to narrow down the customer list.
8. Select Customer From List
Select the customer from the list to filter orders associated with that customer.
9. Filter Orders by Date
Use the date filter dropdown to quickly view customer orders from specific time ranges such as Today,
Yesterday, This Week, or This Month.
10. Choose This Week Filter
Click "This Week" to filter orders placed during the current week.
11. Open Order Status Dropdown
Click "Select Order Status" to view available order status options.
12. Select Returned Status
Select the returned status to filter orders that have been returned.
13. Open Payment Status Filter
Click "Select Payment Status" to filter orders based on their payment status.
14. Select Paid Payment Status
Select the paid payment status to view orders that have been paid.
15. Download Order Invoices
Click "Download Invoices" to save copies of your order invoices for record-keeping.
16. View Order
Click the visibility icon to view Order Details
