2. Open Settings Menu
Click the Settings menu to access configuration options.
3. Access Order Settings
Click Order Setting to open the order management configuration page.
4. Enable Order Cancellation
Click Allow user to cancel order to permit customers to cancel entire orders.
5. Enable Item Cancellation
Click Allow user to cancel order items to allow cancellation of individual items within orders.
6. Review Order Cancellation
Turn on to allow customers to cancel their order and display the Cancel button in their orders page.
7. Review Order Items Cancellation
Turn on to Allow user to cancel order items to cancel their order items and display the Remove Product
button in their View order page.
8. Disable Item Cancellation
Turn off this option to prevent customers from canceling individual items in their orders.
9. Save Configuration Changes
Click Save to apply the changes made to the order cancellation settings.
10. Review Order Items Cancellation
When unchecked customers cannot cancel individual items and the Remove Product button will be hidden on
the View Order page.
11. Disable Order Cancellation
Turn off this option to prevent customers from canceling their orders and hide the Cancel button on the
Orders page.
12. Save Order Settings Changes
Click Save to confirm and store the order configuration updates.
13. Open Profile Menu
Click Profile to access user profile options and settings.
14. Access Your Orders
Open the Orders section to view all customer orders. Here you can track order status, check details, and
manage processing and delivery.
15. Review Order Cancellation
Disable Allow user to cancel order to hide Cancel button from order page
